This is a fantastic website based in British Columbia, Canada with many resources and information. This video is encouraging for anyone suffering from social anxiety. It was especially reassuring to know that what I do with Sydney every day is helping.

I’ve never yet come across an interview that was so thorough at detailing exactly what social anxiety looks like to other people. This video describes fully all aspects of the disorder. I hope that in viewing this there will be a further understanding that social anxiety disorder goes above and beyond just typical shyness. Please be patient as it takes the video a long time to load.
