As parents we worry when we see our children struggling with anxiety.
We often feel helpless and unable to offer the assistance we would
want to for our child. Karen Young will assist you to discover helpful
ways of speaking with your child about their struggles. Using every day
language she will explain important therapeutic principles and
questions that you can use. Using six simple steps Karen will lead you
through a process which will enable you to discover your child’s
strengths and help you and your child to develop strategies to reduce
and manage the anxiety in their lives.
